The Bond project redefines the iconic Club Bondi RSL, transforming the site into 81 modern residential apartments above dynamic mixed use amenities below, a project that called for a considered material palette to match the scale and ambition of theredevelopment.
ECOTONE applied a layered coating system to the external cladding and internal plasterboard, complemented by a warm wood look finish to the FC ceiling soffits. Together, these finishes created a cohesive material identity across both the building's exterior and its internalspaces.
The result is a striking combination of textures and tones that gives Bond a distinctive architectural character, well suited to its landmark site in BondiJunction.
