Description
The redevelopment of the former Kent Brewery site into Brewery Yard delivers over 5,000m² of office space alongside a trigeneration plant capable of powering the surrounding community, balancing heritage character with future focuseddesign.
ECOTONE was engaged to provide a concrete look coating finish to the FC walling and plasterboard ceiling. The finish was hand applied by our colour technicians across the internal substrates, working from ground level and ladder access to achieve full coverage throughout thespace.
The result is a cohesive, contemporary coating finish that creates a monolithic and inspiring workspace, one perfectly suited to the creative minds who now occupyit.

FAQs
ECOTONE provides architectural finishes, colour matching solutions, and protective coatings including emulsion stains, sealants, primers, and waterproof and weatherproof systems designed to enhance, restore, and protect building surfaces with long lasting, low VOCperformance.
Standard paint is a surface-level decorative layer. ECOTONE coatings are multi-layered systems that penetrate and bond with the substrate, delivering deeper texture, stronger adhesion, and long-term durability. Designed for harsh conditions, they offer advanced protection and can last up to 25 years when properlyapplied.
ECOTONE coating systems are specified for application by approved applicators trained in our products and processes, ensuring consistent quality and eligibility for the 25-yearwarranty. Many projects are delivered as custom building finishes, with ECOTONE working directly with architects, builders, and precast partners to achieve the design intent. For new projects or pricing, contact your local ECOTONE office or submit a ProjectEnquiry.
ECOTONE coatings are compatible with a wide range of building materials such as concrete, brick, block, mortar, fibre cement andplasterboard. Each substrate needs the right preparation and, where required, a suitable primer. Technical data sheets and other resources are available to help select the correct ECOTONE products for yourproject.
Sustainability at ECOTONE is driven by how surfaces are designed, applied and maintained over time. Our coating systems reduce material use, extend building life and minimise environmental impact across the builtenvironment.
