A custom ECOTONE Minsil colour was applied across all concrete precast panels and slab edges. The coating provided a consistent and natural finish that complemented the architectural intent. This included enhancing the appearance of the ribbed balustrades to align with the project’s striking monolithic form.

The application delivered a uniform, natural concrete aesthetic that faithfully reflected the original design vision. The soft, cohesive finish supported the project’s overall tone of understated luxury and elevated craftsmanship, harmonising with materials like stone, textured render, and exposed timber. The result is a façade that balances bold architectural form with warm, tactile surfaces—distinctly GRAYA.
