Our team in Victoria expertly applied a green custom colour using ECOTONE Matt to the rib moulded precast concrete.

The Lusher Road Croydon project is one of the largest housing developments for Victoria’s Big Housing Build. Our team had the unique opportunity to bring this vibrant building to life by colouring the ribbed moulded precast concrete in a striking pale green. This four-storey social and community hub is providing much-needed affordable housing for those in need, what an important initiative.

As Lead Architect we were presented with an opportunity to design a unique, responsive and responsible design solution. We approached this project with the same architectural rigour that would be applied to a private apartment development, seeking a high standard of amenity for residents within the project constraint
