Resido BTR

The project utilised ECOTONE’s advanced colour application on moulded precast concrete, including panels with distinctive wood grain texture. All treatment was completed within Concretec’s precast yard, allowing seamless integration of design intent and production efficiency.

Each moulded precast panel arrived onsite pre-coloured and pre-glazed, with windows already installed—reducing the need for costly scaffolding, weather delays, or follow-up trades. This streamlined process saved both time, project costs, onsite colour application and glazing and weather testing, while enhancing construction quality and consistency. The finished panels offer a striking contrast between naturalistic timber-like texture and sharp, modern framing. This material honesty speaks to the development’s focus on sustainability, resilience, and visual warmth—helping Resido stand apart as a welcoming and durable multi-residential project.

This was a fun one to be part of. The Colour By Design finish really lifted the façade, and working with factory-fitted windows and applying our colours to the precast panels allowed us to deliver on both efficiency and a striking aesthetic. We’re proud with how it turned out.
