Wee Hur Student Village

Our colour technicians applied up to 5 different colour applications of ECOTONE Minsil to the external ribbed and flat precast concrete onsite. In addition, an ECOTONE material finish was also applied to the ground and level 1 cladding in Valkyrie from the Corso range.

Wee Hur Student Village at Canberra is an impressive 16-story student accommodation that can house up to 733 students. By providing samples to refine the finishes in final stage of decision making we worked closely with our clients we worked closely with our clients to create a variety of stunning architectural tones across the concrete and cladding enhancing the exterior aesthetics of this build.

Antoniades Architects have specified ECOTONE on several projects over the years as we find their range of products and service to be exceptional. This was evident in two of our projects in which quick responses were required on site to fine-tune the colours selected to get them exactly as we had envisaged, or to provide alternate solutions to facilitate enhanced outcomes to the project. The colours applied to our recently completed PBSA project in Redfern not only provided the natural tones that perfectly matched our vision but also allowed a finish that was robust and durable.
