A custom ECOTONE Minsil coating in Snow Grey was applied offsite at the Advanced Precast yard before panel installation. Applying the finish prior to delivery allowed for full quality assurance checks and eliminated the need for extended onsite access and scaffolding—resulting in significant time and cost savings for the client.

The result is a clean, uniform finish across all precast panels, achieved with greater efficiency and control. Offsite application ensured a consistent final appearance while streamlining the construction process. The custom Snow Grey tone enhances YORK’s bold architectural expression, complementing its Art Deco-inspired curves and contributing to the project’s refined and elevated presence in New Farm.
