Outcome
The ECOCLEAN coating system uses self-cleaning technology to preserve the concrete appearance of the Kingsley – the first luxury hotel in Newcastle. Winner of two Asia-Pacific Hotel of the Year awards, the Kingsley is a remarkable example of what photocatalyst coatings can do to preserve the appearance of heritage-listed buildings while reducing maintenance budgets.
