BRIEF
To recolour existing precast panels to achieve a more uniform a red oxide appearance to the existing precast panels.
Material & Application
The off-white oxide-coloured precast concrete panels of the project presented with unsightly and unacceptable patches. We applied our ECOTONE Minsil and ECOTONE Matt Plus to colour blend the patches seamlessly with surrounds. The red oxide precast panels were also coloured to restore the red oxide concrete look.
Outcome
The architect was so pleased with our Colour Matching to the natural concrete panels that they expanded the scope of works to include the stained red oxide precast panels that the surface aesthetics met the design intent. A great result all round.
