Field Street Development

The scope of works consisted of multiple colour by design applications on this project:

• Uncoated Exotec CFC Cladding – Using ECOTONE Metallic the CFC panels were coloured Gold with black vertical lines to mimic the rebates of the concrete panels. The soffits were finished in modern black.
• Grey Smooth Precast Panels – The striking black and white panels and the building facade were completed using ECOTONE Matt.
• Grey Brick Moulded Precast – A multi colour application approach was delivered to simulate natural brickwork using ECOTONE Minsil and ECOTONE Matt Translucent

For cost and time saving during the construction, the concrete of the project was a mix of application within the precast yard and final touch ups onsite. We are proud to provide our colour finishes to the cladding and concrete of the stunning Field St, delivering the WOW factor through our long-life stains.

The attention to detail and craftsmanship brought vibrancy and life to the project on a tight and challenging site.
