Novello

Through collaboration and using our CXD process, Flushed Mahogany from our PanelWood range was chosen for the feature concrete on the Novello build. The long-life material finish was applied via scaffold onsite using our ECOTONE Minsil and ECOTONE Matt by hand, allowing each panel to have a unique and varied wood grain look.

The Novello stands out among its urban surroundings, with its unique and impressive design. The combination of 62 residential units and 1000m2 of commercial space provide a perfect mix of residential and business life. The stunning timber look concrete that runs the vertical of the building adds an extra layer of beauty to the design, creating the ECOTONE WOW factor that cannot be missed. The choice of an ECOTONE material finish allows the concrete to remain fire safe and avoids the maintenance required for wood paneling. We feel that the Novello is a beautiful addition to the Wollongong urban landscape and are proud to be part of its design.

Having worked with ECOTONE prior, we were delighted to again work with their incredible team on our Novello project. ECOTONE once again exceeded our expectations, completing their works to a very high standard. Their timber look material finishes on our concrete are of particular note, impressing many on site with their realistic texture and appearance.
