Richmond Quarter

Application of ECOTONE Matt Plus to the timber precast Swimming Pool Wall. A further request was to enhance and add some character to the Swimming Pool wall. This involved the application of our ECOTONE Matt Plus using a mitt to lightly apply to the top texture of the precast timber formliner.

Richmond Quarter is a mixed-use development, with the Main Works consisting of a Basement and Podium Level Car Park, 7,400sqm of Ground Floor Retail, 3,100sqm of Commercial Office and 368 ‘Build to Rent’ Apartments across five buildings. Our ECOTONE applied finish provided the swimming pool wall with added character and enhanced the timber precast formliner wall.
